Privacy Policy

Last updated: [November 06, 2025]

PPCine (“PPCine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to visitors and users of our Service. It does not apply to third-party sites or services that we do not control.

2) Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

We don’t collect any user information.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage & diagnostics: pages/screens viewed, features used, session duration, crash logs.
  • Device & network: IP address, device IDs, OS, browser/app version, language, time zone, referrer/exit pages.
  • Approximate location: inferred from IP.
  • Cookies/SDKs: identifiers used for analytics, performance, and ads (see “Cookies & Tracking”).

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Single sign-on (if used): basic profile info from Apple/Google, per your settings.
  • Advertising/attribution partners: aggregated performance data, install/purchase confirmations.

3) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to run the Service, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver/limit ads.

  • Essential cookies: required for core functionality.
  • Analytics cookies/SDKs: to understand usage and improve the Service.
  • Advertising cookies: to deliver, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads.

You can manage cookies in your browser or device settings. Some features may not work without cookies.

4) Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze usage and improve the Service.

  • Data may include page views, clicks, referring/exit pages, session duration, device attributes, and approximate location (from IP).
  • We may enable features like event tracking, conversion measurement, and (where permitted) Google signals (cross-device and ads reporting).
  • Google processes this data as our processor under its terms.
  • Opt-out options:
    • Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on (desktop browsers).
    • Adjust ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings.
    • Use your browser/device settings to restrict cookies.
  • Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we request consent for analytics. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set (except strictly necessary measurement if allowed by law).

(Optional — delete if not used) We enable IP anonymization in Analytics to truncate IP addresses before storage.

5) Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads.

  • AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure effectiveness, prevent fraud/abuse, and (where permitted) personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites/apps.
  • Your choices:
    • Manage ad personalization in Google Ads Settings.
    • Opt out of interest-based advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), DAA (US), EDAA (EU), or DAAC (Canada) choices tools.
    • In the EEA/UK, we request consent for personalized ads; if you decline, you will receive non-personalized ads (contextual).
  • We may use Consent Mode to respect your choices and adjust how Google tags behave.

(If you use AdMob or other ad SDKs in mobile apps, add them similarly.)

6) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  1. Operate and provide the Service (including security, debugging, and availability).
  2. Analyze usage to improve performance, features, and UX.
  3. Advertise and measure ad performance; personalize ads where permitted/consented.
  4. Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
  5. Protect against fraud, abuse, violations of our terms, and legal obligations.
  6. Comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements.
  7. With your consent, for additional purposes presented at collection.

7) Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

Where these laws apply, our legal bases include:

  • Contract (to provide the Service you request).
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., security, basic analytics, improvement, non-personalized advertising).
  • Consent (e.g., analytics cookies, personalized ads, Google signals).
  • Legal obligation (compliance with law, regulatory requests).

You can withdraw consent at any time via our cookie banner or settings.

8) Sharing & Disclosure

We share information with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, security, ad serving, customer support) under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards.
  • Advertising partners (e.g., Google AdSense) to deliver/measure ads, per your consent/choices.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition); we will notify you where required.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where laws define “sale” or “sharing” to include cross-context behavioral advertising, we honor applicable opt-out rights (see Section 11).

9) Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. For Google Analytics, we use GA4’s retention controls ([e.g., 14 months]—adjust as needed). Data tied to consent may be processed only while consent is valid.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11) Your Privacy Rights

You may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

11.2 United States (e.g., California/CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah)

Residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (cross-context behavioral advertising). We provide mechanisms to honor opt-out signals where required (e.g., “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and Global Privacy Control (GPC)). We do not process sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13) International Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process information in countries outside your own (e.g., the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

14) Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party sites or apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them.
